Baby Yoga

Yoga isn’t just for grown-ups! The same types of poses that help us feel relaxed and refreshed, give our muscles a nice gentle stretch, and even help us get a little gas out (hopefully not during a group class…) are fun and beneficial for little people, too.

The corkscrew pose: circling baby’s hips clockwise matches the direction that food flows through the digestive tract, helping to move things along comfortably.

Baby planet: Teacher Kaytlin guides Townes’ arms and legs in various directions, helping him use his body to develop spacial awareness.
