Kristina holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education from Western Oregon University. With more than 14 years of classroom teaching experience and over 6 years in early childhood leadership, she brings both expertise and heart to her role as Director of Discovery Zone.

Kristina is passionate about creating environments where children feel safe, capable, and excited to learn. She especially enjoys teaching social-emotional skills, creative art experiences, and using music and movement in daily classroom rhythms. Kristina is an advocate and cheerleader families and finds life-giving to partner with parents as they raise their children.

Kristina lives in McMinnville with her husband and two children. Her son is a senior at Western Christian School and her daughter is a freshman at Grand Canyon University.
