I am the K23 teacher and I have been working at Discovery Zone since January 2018.
My Background & Family
Hello, my name is Kristi. I am married to my amazing husband and best friend Tom and we have five children and four grandchildren together. I studied early childhood development at Chemeketa, as well as obtaining my SLPA degree. I have always worked with children in some form or another. I have worked in several child care centers, elementary schools, and even run a home daycare/preschool. I am so thankful to be working in a center where I am free to teach the love of Jesus to these kids as I grew up in a loving Christian home and was blessed to know about and love Jesus from such a young age.
Why I Work With Kid
I have always had a passion for working with children. Even as a young girl I knew I wanted to be a mom and always loved being around children. I can remember playing orphanage with my dolls and always making sure each doll had enough attention so they didn’t feel neglected. I feel blessed to be working in Discovery Zone and teaching these kids about the love of Jesus.
